About me
Hello! My name is Sam. :)
Being in animation is a dream come true for me. As a 2025 CapU 2D Animation graduate, I'm so excited to be part of the pipeline like I've wanted to be since I saw Steamboat Willie at 6 years old. Whether it's animating 2D rigs, video editing, sound design, or project management, I am passionate about helping bring things to life even on my own time.
Outside of being an animation nerd, I also have a BA in Interactive Arts and Technology from SFU with a Minor in Contemporary Arts (music and sound). I care a lot about people and community, and love delving into video editing, coding my own games, or experimenting with music composition in FL studio.I hope to continue to broaden my skills throughout my career, and to one day help inspire the next generation of young people looking up at that same big screen!
